Styling my thick hair with Irresistible Me

With my busy life, it’s hard for me to spend a lot of time getting ready. But lately, since I’ve cut my hair a few months back, I’ve been meaning to style it up for Spring (inspiration–Rihanna). Now I’m no hair or makeup goddess. I don’t know how to curl hair or style it up to the glam. So pretty much the only style I do with my hair is to straighten it. Now to get the perfect “straight” hair you will need a pretty darn good straightener. Trust people, when you’ve used a lot of straighteners and your hair gets caught and it doesn’t get hot enough, it’s frustrating.

So when I got the opportunity to try the Irresistible Me Diamond Hair Straightener, I jumped at the chance. It’s probably the only straightener that was able to really work with my fine, thick, dark hair. When I first held the device, I was shocked at how light it was. I was also impressed that it didn’t take long for it to heat up. I mean 15 seconds is pretty dang fast if you ask me. It can heat up to 450 degrees and I also liked the rotating cord so it pretty much moves with me while I style my hair.
Another great thing about this product is that the plates are made with diamond and tourmaline so it preserves the oils in your hair leaving it frizz free.

The buttons are on the inside (how smart is that?) so you don’t accidentally turn it off while using and it automatically shuts off after 30 minutes when you forget (like if you have pregnant brain like me). The price is not bad either compared to the other popular brands out there. I would definitely recommend this straightener.
