During the winter, most of us gravitate towards neutral colors. I usually wear my usual black, gray, and beige colors but recently, I’ve had the urge to wear brighter colors. I was at my usual target run a few weeks and saw several bright-colored sweaters on shelves that I snagged on sale. The bright magenta color with puffy sleeves caught my eye and wanted to show you how I styled it.

I wanted to see if I can challenge myself and mix the sweater’s brightness with another bright color. Wore it with yellow pants. This color combination works because the brightness of the sweater makes the yellow tone more neutral. Finished it off with white hi-top sneakers.

If you want to balance your outfit, try wearing it with jeans. Jeans are the perfect way to have balance the brightness of the sweater and some neutral colored footwear. Jeans are universal and it’s easier to style. Plus it’s super comfortable.
