How I style a good staple: THE BUTTON UP SHIRT

Where has my last few weeks been? I’ve been a “little” occupied lately that I haven’t had a chance to post at all.
But I was looking through my photos and I’m thinking, ah I really need to do this. The baby is finally down for a nap, I can ACTUALLY finish writing this post and publish today!
I love a structured button up. Who doesn’t? It has versatility, it has a certain chicness to it that anyone can wear it. But I’ve been seeing a lot of reconstructed button ups lately and I’m liking it. I didn’t really know what to think at first but it grew on me, like a lot! So I’m always on the hunt for a great deconstructed button up. Something simple. But has some sass! In this post, I’m wearing two different ones but styled similarly. I love that both each have their own character. I went minimal and comfort. I paired both with my favorite jeans and some booties. Both a staple. What do you think?
