I can’t deny the fact that I own a lot of black dresses. I feel more comfortable wearing them even in the summer time. It’s my favorite color and I can always upgrade them by adding layers or just by simply adding accessories. Last monday, I was wearing a long kimono vest with my black dress. On this post, I’m still wearing a vest but it has tassels galore and I’m in love with the blush color.

I snagged this up at my local thrift store a couple of months ago and had an instant connection. I already knew that I was going to pair this up with my black slip dress. It was the perfect length for the dress and it was light enough to wear during the summer. I’m sure I could dress this up for the coming fall season as well. It has a certain 70’s boho vibe that I’m really into these days!
