Slip Dress and Patent Booties in the Winter

With the Portland weather lately, it’s been really hard to dress a little fancy but I couldn’t help it.

There was a day last week where I said to myself, “I don’t care, I’m wearing my slip dress”. And so I did. I mean, I still had to layer it but I think with the colors of the dress, it was appropriate to wear during the winter.  I love pairing midi length dresses with ankle booties. I think a little show of legs looks very chic and trendy. I bought these pair of booties last year when I saw the street style filled with the coveted Dior boots and these looked like a pretty darn good dupe. I had to have them.
